Some people brush their teeth with charcoal and ash and things like that I often forget to brush my teeth at night and then wake up with a godawful taste in my mouth and horrible breath

The opposite, that's the taste I get after brushing before bed. It's like the toothpaste fucks up my mouth microbiota and leads to morning butt taste. I can't stand brushing before sleep.
