An suspicious individual has been spotted on /v/ and is suspected to be the mastermind behind the revival of a certain plague that has besieged the site from time to time.
Please refer to the image for identification purposes.

This individual has been seen distributing an unidentified substances to /v/friends from a large ceramic jar. Several /v/friends who have consumed this substance developed the following signs :

>Distinct yellowing of the skin.
>Excessive perspiration from the orbital region.
>Repetitive vocalizations regarding crabs in Japanese.

If you encounter this individual or witness the distribution of this substance,do not approach. Additionally, if you encounter a /v/friend on this board, politely tell him to leave as his board needs to be quarantined.
Although he has not been spotted on esfores as of yet, any nicers exhibiting any of the signs listed above should be directed to a hospital for further examination and research.
