Depends on how you use it.
I find expresso with any milk to be my jack of all drink although I don't drink them beyond 3pm and only once two shot or twice one shot, because its very strong, my heart beats if I don't take a walk or do some movement, its a sign I should lower the dosage, or rather take a break from drinking in which case I often do.
Its benefit is you express your hunger/stay focus now but the drawback is you'll feel extremely tired mentally at the end.
Oh well just do your own research this is just my own experience.
