I've realized that there's a better way for humans. If I'm to condense the main point of these ideas into a few words it may be "together we're better".
If they think about it, I'm sure anyone would admit and agree that it's by working together we have achieved what we have, going to the moon, curing diseases, or just having easy access to food. No man could achieve alone what we can together. That is the core strength of humanity. We developed language to communicate so we can work together. But the thing is... People aren't fully conscious of this fact. So we still don't always, and it makes absolutely no sense. People have greed, commit crime, deceive, are uninterested in other people, et cetera. By committing or ignoring acts that are cancerous to humanity you're hurting everyone including yourself. Humanity needs to wake up.

Yes, humans do function better in a group. Like you said, no single person can retain all knowledge, so the only way we can progress with anything is to share the information that we have with each other and figure out a way to use it to move forward

I have to agree! I was at an event in the local park and when it was over, all of us who stayed behind helped clean up and load the tables and chairs back into the organizer's truck. It took significantly less time than it would have if just one person was cleaning up because, as the organizer said, "many hands make light work". Then we got to have the rest of the food and drinks that were left behind so there were slightly fewer things to have to take back and find a place for. This is life-changing stuff and we as a board should attempt to put aside our differences and make something great happen!!
