When we're out for a walk on a clear, starry night, I'll say to my girlfriend:

'You know, for you, I could pluck a star right out of the sky.'

She'll probably look at me like I'm crazy and say, 'Wow, that is such a cheesy pick-up line.'

Then, I'll tell her I'm dead serious. I'll clasp my hands together to make a finger gun, aim at the sky, and go 'Bang!'

Right after that, I'll turn to her, say 'Ta-da!', and open my hands to reveal a star-shaped necklace that I had hidden inside while making the gun shape.
