I love my wife for many reasons, one of which is that she's an extremely cheap date.
Yesterday I thought to ask her to go eat burgers, and she's still smiling. I think it's because she grew up in poverty.
She doesn't even notice that a 12 dollar date isn't a big deal (I know that in the USA 12 dollars doesn't buy you 2 burgers at Carl's Jr, but we're not American). I'm glad that she's happy.
I'm not low effort, I do work harder than this, but it's cool that she's happy even when I don't.
You shouldnt get comfortable treating her so cheaply because she probably just actually likes you because you make an effort for her. You wouldn't ever want her to find out you are making a low effort for her because she might look at you differently and you wouldn't want that >>12770219
