Glad u ask! I dust them in corn starch and salt n let them sit 4 a bit just to draw the water out (it makes more crispy) then I 1st fry low at about 315 in peanuts oil for a long time to slowly render the fat inside, then I let them rest, then I flash fry them for just a couple minutes at 390 to get the skin extra crisby!!

It was my least favorite owl I remember… I like Darnold but I h8 the city of Seattle and its ppl… an i didn’t like the depressing dystopian comershcals, or the weird thing in the middle of the show when some guy just walk around yelling unintelligible gibberish in a bunch of tall grass for like 20 minutes…
