tonight I made pasta for dinner. made bacon, cooked galic and onion lightly in some of the grease to add in the sauce. cream and poblano and parmesan. cooked some lamb in the grease too, a few mins in the oven to finish. served pasta with the bacon bits on top and lamb on the side. I used chow lein noodles because they are thicker than spaghetti. I did not make the meatloaf I had yesterday.
