I'm not a costumefag but that's typical of a kemono-styled fursuit, that style is also found on western fursuits on occasion.
I don't think there's a specific name for it though from what I read, there's extra padding on the leg/butt area of these fursuits to mimic the digitigrade legs of an animal. Humans are plantigrade, so to get the digitigrade look, you put extra padding on the thighs/calves/butt. It's more of a necessity for the digitigrade look rather than the conscious aesthetic choice of "thicc".
