could be worth it to get a second opinion autism is complex and can be very difficult to detect esp if ur seeking a diagnosis as an adult who has already had to integrate into society and develop social skills
or maybe you genuinely don't have it but it seems like you do, I don't know OP best of luck I was diagnosed when I was 9.
