anon, why do we feel so depressed?
You can try and identify whats causing you the extreme sadness to cure it faster. Could it be the lost of something you love? Are you quite lonely like no one bothers listening? Did you ate any drugs to show your true self temporarily? Such and such, if your lazy the negative feeling last until your feelings are replaced with something else, basically to forget and it might take months to years if your unlucky. By accepting the situation, you get to improve youself against future sadness and overcoming them like immunity. Then again this is just my experience~
