I'm tired of digital shit. Smartphones have ruined so much. People don't know how to behave anymore. You're locked in this digital prison. Deprived of human touch and human relationships. You feel numb because you lack those things. It does something to you. I feel it. Technology can be fun, but ultimately humans need other real humans.

Look at old reality shows from the 90s and stuff like that. How different people acted. This world, and all its people, are diseased. Free will is a myth. Religion is a joke. We are all connected by something far greater. Memes. The DNA of the soul. without computers everyone on here would just be robert crumb's hikikomori brother

are you autistic and have you ever went to a school in the middle of bumfuck nowhere with students that were unnecessarily mean?
if you are neither then you fundamentally cannot understand why some lean towards the internet more than reality, no matter how correct you may be.

are you autistic and have you ever went to a school in the middle of bumfuck nowhere with students that were unnecessarily mean AND with staff that don't give a fuck and will say you're the one causing trouble if you ever try to point out someone being an ass*

omg you know it was like before credit cards were common but you knew you had a like 17 gallon tank that wasn't empty so you KNEW it was going to be like $15 which was okay because you had a $20. people got SO MAD when it went to $1.25/gallon. Also milk was like $1.50 a gallon not a quarter. Can you imagine milk more expensive than gas? Wait I think that's still true I don't live in California so that's still true.

Also I own three houses and property besides all of which were bought with a firm handshake.

>understand why some lean towards the internet more than reality
bro that has been my existence for the last 20 years, i've been chronically online since somewhere around 2005 and extremely isolated many of those years. i've literally never exited the place i live now. i should know more intimately than just about anyone on earth.

as for what you're describing that sounds like an american type culture problem which 100% needs to cease to exist, but you've tricked yourself in a way similar to "anchoring" or the door-in-the-face technique if you see the internet as the real solution.
>>12897170
i can only ever find relatable humans through the internet. The digital world isn't what makes me lonely, real life is. There is no human touch waiting for me out there, just a world that i neither belong to or want to belong to.
>>12897300
i actually don't think the internet is the real solution, and i've been making legitimate efforts to spend less time online ever since i moved away from that shithole and realized how much nicer everyone is. the point of that post was to highlight that people have legitimate, emotional causes for their internet addiction rather than just "le phone fun :DDDD"
sorry if i didnt word it well, thats another problem of mine
