Actually that cup is full of 16oz white sauce to drown the rice in. It’s NOT yumyum sauce, it was a local sauce for a decade before yumyum became a thing and tastes different like a buttery kewpie vinegar. The 80 year old Korea man and his sister that run the 2 hamachi joints in town together since the early 90s have guarded the sauce like Fort Knox and nobody knows the actuall ingredients. It’s the reasons they remain open and busy even with insane prices and competition. That picture cause $18 for the sauce and the rice, $18 in a backwood town full of rednecks. If I had gotten chicken it woulda been $27. But they thrive because of that sauce, you could put it in poopoo and make da poopoo taste good. Everyone from here and the surrounding cities you can say jinns sauce and their mouth start to water everybodh from all ages and backgrounds knows and loves it and has tried to remake it but it’s impossible to even come close. And they have confirmed they made it up so it doesn’t exist anywhere else.
