it kind of saps my motivation to do more important things. that's the main thing that's wrong with it. i always find a way to get back on even if i block it. wasted $45 on the paid version of cold turkey blocker only to install linux in another partition so i could circumvent the block. i hate how 4chan instantly resets my productivity to zero the minute i start using it again. it has a residual effect that lingers after use is discontinued and withdrawal symptoms even after a short period of time. it is like tobacco. >>12942095
