i have a cold and it's hitting me hard. not so much the sore throat and stuffy nose but i don't know how to deal with the plugged ears and drowsiness

hot tea, sleep a lot, press your thumb and forefinger into your nose bridge and try to move your facebone
watch anime or something passive that makes your day go buy. don't take daytime medicine unless you need to be up for real.
