Day 4 of me trying to make a positive change and finally exercising for the first time in 5 years. Lets see how long I can keep this up. For the rest of the week only neck exercises and stretches and forearms so I can heal my neck from the strain of suddenly lifting again. Next week I will begin doing proper exercises like pushups and lifts every other day to take it easy!
