10 days ago I noticed a lump under the edge of my left nipple
Concerned that it could be cancer, I kept feeling around over the following days. It was starting to get a little tender and sore, but maybe that is because I was investigating it too much. Something I did notice is that it wasn't a single lump, but maybe followed a line. Therefore I thought it could maybe be a muscle fibre that was strained and swollen.
3 days ago, I felt a strain/pull across my left pectoral, especially when I raised my arm and arched by back. Looking in a mirror, I noticed a protruding vertical vein underneath my pectoral muscle. This freaked me out, and made me scared that I might have a blood clot, which would likely kill me soon. I tried not to stress, but I kept thinking about it. I thought I could start to feel myself loosing circulation in my left arm, or a discomfort on my chest even in resting position, but this may all have been psychological.
That night I was so stressed about it that I dialled the non-emergency medical number for advice. It was 2am, and I had to answer a series of medical questions to determine the problem. I was put on hold a lot. I regretted making the call. All I really wanted was for them to tell me it's nothing, so that I could feel stupid and just go back to bed. But the call ended with them saying that an out-of-hours doctor would call me back.
A few minutes went by and then a call came in, a doctor in a neighbouring city asked me more questions. This all ended with him advising me that I should go to a hospital to get a blood test and ultrasound scan to check if it's a blood clot. I just agreed along with him, but I knew I had no intention of going to the hospital because of how impractical it was. The nearest hospitals he recommended are multiple train rides away, certainly not places I can get to quickly.
So I did nothing. I figured, if it was really serious, he would have sent an ambulance. I am just going to ignore the problem until it goes away.

By the way, I am not on any medication and I did not take any injections related to the COVID-19 virus. >>12968716
Sigh....
If its far, its far what of it?
If my life was in danger would I stay in a couch all day and let this unknown do its thing, believing that it could be something that can kill me?
Move that ass up the sky mydifir and go!
Remove that worry so you won't worry much afterword well wait until you get the result ofcourse.

I don't think it's that serious, it will go away on it's own maybe
it it's still there in a week I will check with a gp in person

Strain/pull and the protruding vein can all be attributed to having your arm in a certain position (e.g feeling the lump).

No, the original thing I noticed (lump) went away, the elevated vein is something I only noticed in last couple of days. They could be unrelated, the vein could have been there all my life, and anxiety could have exaggerated things.
Because it's quite close to the surface of my skin it could not be deep vein thrombosis, which would kill me quickly, at the very worst, it is a superficial vein thrombosis. Yes I have researched this.
Please also remember that I called professionals, and there was no emergency action needed. Come to think of it, I know a much closer hospital, so I guess I could go to a hospital tomorrow, but I'm not sure if it's necessary.

Every person has multiple benign growths all over their body, but they don't notice them and in the vast majority of cases, treatment is riskier.
If you ever have to do a full body scan they'll find them.
