Good job my sober friend.
When I had addiction problems, there were two main factors that helped with my sobriety.
1) Shit was going down in my country, and I was too ashamed to try and score drugs when other people were suffering.
2) I use to ride my bicycle a lot back then and every time I took drugs It'd break my streak, since I wouldn't ride my bike for a week or two after. So once I had a streak of a couple of months, I didn't want to get drugs and end up breaking my streak.
I know these might seem like silly reasons, but somehow they made me just uncomfortable enough with the idea to stop me from trying to get drugs. I still used to think about it a lot though. >>12984293

For me it was because of hypertension and tachycardia as well as spine problems
Albohol has completely deprived me of electrolytes to the point I was suffering from extreme muscle cramps around my chest and psychosis
I went to er because I thought I had a heart attack and they gave me iv with magnesium and I immediately felt better
Now my blood pressure is low and my muscle cramps are way less intensive >>12984310
