Read the anuma elish. Can't believe you of all people are still stuck on the demiurge or whatever heretical stuff you are on about. The ramayana and the mahabharata tell a similar story and goes into more detail. Really anything from the area of ancient sumer or basically any old religion like norse or greek mytholigy tell a similar story but I prefer the anuma elish because it's clear and doesn't try to be fancy.
