I'm convinced that AI has already plateaued in terms of what it can actually improve about day-to-day life for people over 90 IQ. Very fast rough estimates of statistical models for when time is of the essence (military application), dumping out unimportant busywork slop like form letters and corporate emails, and basically functioning like a better synthesis of a search engine and Wikipedia (not a proper encyclopedia, just Wikipedia).

Everything else they try to get "spicy autocomplete" to do is going to make the final product worse than if even a subpar human does it, even going forward as the models get more sophisticated.

you sound like you're trying really hard to sound smart but have a surface level understanding of the subject. Typical of frogposters >>13011839
He dumbed it down so NEETs like you can understand.
>>13011839
this is just what proper English looks like and wouldn't be an example of "trying to sound smart"
the AI chatbot isn't a technology that improves the experience of life which should be the goal of technology
it seems to only diminish
>>13011839
True lol
that’s if you even trust ai to not misinform you, it’s that simple lole >>13011836
I don't think it's really got there at all just commercialization of stagnant models try keep selling the same thing with minimal improvements as long as it's still profitable. I think the much more ominous possibilities are just over the horizon like accurately predicting group response to events or even what events can create what reaction and how to make it chain further. Then people using that to fear monger and influence public opinion, voting and purchasing.

I’d like to have a word with you about basketball and streaming

"for people over 90 IQ"
grammatically should be
"for people with IQs over 90."

"improve about day-to-day life"
grammatically should be
"improve in day-to-day life".

"if even a subpar human does it"
grammatically should be
"even if a subpar human did it"

This is just at a glance, frog back on by the way.

I can't imagine how retarded you have to be to ever hold the opinion that "technology will never get better than it is today." The computing power in your cell phone is several million times greater than computers that took up entire rooms 50-60 years ago. You can't even begin to imagine how much more advanced technology will be in another 50-60 years from now. The idea that tech and AI has "plateaued" in any sense is peak retarded, particularly AI since it is still very new tech.

no, kill yourself frogposter.

Your fortune: Bad Luck
